Hello there! My name is Ann Chin. I am a junior at the University of Illinois at Chicago. I am pursuing a degree in English with a concentration in creative writing. I am part of the UIC Honors College and involved in many community services around my area. I am also part of the Phi Theta Kappa society. I have taken many classes in English, literature, foreign language, and mass media. I believe that the classes I have taken has prepared me very well for many writing fields. I chose English as my major because I am a huge bookworm ], and I love writing stories and cranking out creative ideas every minute of the day.
I want to enter the public relations field and put my skills that I have to good use. I want to tell stories and let the stories be read by a huge audience I have written press releases, memorandums, feature stories, profiles, and made a brochure. I am confident that I can do a good job at whatever I set my mind too. I love blogging and being kept up to date with social media. I am also familiar with MLA and AP writing styles.
